Responds to emergencies and personal emergency response system and knows when to call for backup. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities You provide direct patient care in a family medicine setting, assisting your provider by documenting the chief complaint and essential data such as height, weight, blood pressure, and head circumference.
