Core Qualifications Active Washington State LPN license. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively as part of a team. Physical ability to lift/maneuver up to 30 lbs. Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules. Current CPR certification. Additional Experience That Sets You Apart Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience. Familiarity with behavioral and memory care. Proficiency with Point Click Care (PCC). Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor residents’ health status and report changes promptly. Administer medications and treatments following established protocols. Participate in care planning and documentation. Educate residents and families on health-related concerns. Pay rates range from $38 – $40.13 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. As a Correctional Nurse , you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to provide care to the individuals in residence. Working within a controlled environment, where security is top priority and the days are never dull, you will have various duties to keep you engaged including performing physical assessments, administering medications, managing chronic illnesses, and responding to emergencies.
