Team Collaboration: Work closely with RNs, nephrologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Report any incidents, errors, or safety concerns promptly to the Nurse Manager. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York. Experience: Previous experience in a dialysis or acute care setting preferred. Skills: Strong clinical and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
