Required Qualifications: To be eligible for this rate, applicant must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience as an LPN in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must have a valid state license and be a licensed nurse in good standing. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care.
