In addition, we serve stroke, seizure, multiple trauma, and traumatic brain injury patients. About the Role The Billing Readiness Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for identifying issues that could prevent hospice claims from being billed. You will oversee the billing-hold process from identification → assignment → correction → verification → release to Billing . This position is ideal for an experienced LPN who has strong clinical process's knowledge, excellent follow-through, and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple departments and hold staff accountable for resolving outstanding issues. Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor a daily billing-hold tracking system. Assign billing holds to the appropriate department or responsible individual. Monitor the age of outstanding holds and ensure timely follow-up. Track issues through completion and verify that corrections have been made before releasing claims to Billing.
