Follows up on patient care responsibilities; communicates incomplete assignments and patient needs with other disciplines to assure continuity of care; transcribes orders accurately and performs chart audits of transcription accurately and according to facility guidelines. Previous experience working in wound care or demonstrated interest and aptitude in wound care skills preferred. Ability to identify and implement components of the nursing process. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations. Posted Total Compensation The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $31.70 to $41.97/hr
