LVN, Foster Care Clinic

Location: Dodson Medical Office Building Department: Cln-Foster Care Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Licensed Vocational Nurse will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families according to their identified needs. This care is delivered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and is guided by the established plan of care, and the medical plan of treatment. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations; sound clinical judgement and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice. Monday - Friday 7:45a - 4:15p No Weekends/Holidays Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current permit or license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas 2+ years Primary Care and/or Clinic experience preferred. Pediatric experience preferred. Telephone Triage experience preferred.
