High school diploma or equivalent with prior care experience in assisted living or skilled nursing, along with valid First Aid and CPR Certification. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs. Demonstrated abilities in customer service, interpersonal communication, and teamwork. Skillful and professional interaction with coworkers, residents, family members, agencies, and the public. Understanding and consistent adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Successful completion of background check, health exams, and other pre-employment criteria. Sufficient English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) for effective job performance.
