Champion quality improvement initiatives by evaluating key performance indicators, improving patient outcomes, enhancing the patient and family experience, and responding proactively to performance data. Promote evidence-based practice, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and ethical nursing practice while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Lead change initiatives and leverage technology and data to improve clinical workflows, support strategic planning, and advance UVA Health's ambulatory operations. The Nurse Manager serves as the primary on-site leader and decision-maker, with full ownership of day-to-day operations, clinical quality, staffing, and team engagement. The Nurse Manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams across both sites and partner closely with Clinical Supervisors in Radiology, Respiratory, Lab, Security, and Patient Access, as well as frontline staff.
