Qualifications: Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. Must be adaptable to various inpatient settings, which are determined based on skills, experience, and/or certifications. Experience, competency, and certifications as required by units qualified to float. Medical/Surgical *Plus Float Pool (Medical, Surgical, IPR, PCU, Emergency Department, Pathways, Brendan House TCU and/or LTC, specific Women’s and Children’s units, or SANE Team RN r equirements : Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience. Must cross train and maintain competence in two (2) or more units in addition to maintaining competence to work in all the Medical/Surgical units. Applicable certifications: BLS required. ACLS for PCU and ED required. TNCC, ENPC, and PALS for ED must be successfully obtained within twelve (12) months of hire. BSN degree preferred. National Certification in Medical, Surgical, or emergency care preferred.
