Responsibilities-- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals. The CMA administers medications as prescribed, monitors residents for effectiveness and adverse reactions, and documents all care in accordance with MRHC policies, current standards of practice, Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) regulations, and Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC 310:677-13). This role requires compassionate, attentive care and strong communication skills to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. Minimum Qualifications: Current CNA and CMA certification in the State of Oklahoma.
