Requirements: Family, adult, or adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioners who graduated or will graduate from their programs between December 2024 and May 2026. Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Fellowship program location for at least the next two years. Have not yet worked as an NP. Minimum of one year experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN. Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program. Have passed, or in the process of, passing NP board examinations by 6/6/2026.
