Job Details Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital Join a Growing, Academic Palliative Care Program The Palliative Medicine Program at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice high-impact palliative care in a dynamic academic medical center, caring for patients with complex, serious illnesses across a variety of inpatient settings, with opportunities for ambulatory practice, teaching, and academic involvement. About the Role This position is primarily focused on inpatient palliative care consultation, including care of medically complex patients throughout the hospital. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will work closely with palliative medicine attending physicians and an experienced interdisciplinary team to provide expert symptom management, support patients, and families through challenging medical decisions, and enhance quality of care for individuals with serious illness. The role also includes participation in ambulatory palliative care clinics, offering continuity and longitudinal care when appropriate.
