This full-time position will support our Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) population. Prior Hematology/Oncology experience preferred. Functions in collaborative practice with physician(s) in the inpatient and outpatient settings for medically complex oncology patients. Prescribes a variety of modalities to meet wellness and illness needs, up to and including hospital admission/discharge and prescriptive authority.
