UT Physicians Multispecialty – Victory is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to both adult and pediatric patients in a fast‑paced, high‑volume outpatient clinic. In this role, you will conduct assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Working within an academic health system, you’ll utilize Epic EMR with integrated ambient/DAX tools to streamline documentation while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care to the diverse Greater Houston community. The NP will work standard weekday business hours (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts such as 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00), with phone‑only night and weekend on‑call duties performed from home on a rotating schedule of two weeks per month.
