Provides leadership to direct reports through effective hiring, comprehensive department orientation, training, mentoring, and coaching. Responds to and resolves patient complaints. Transitions between practices and performs other duties as needed. Requirements: Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina, LPN or Certified Medical Assistant required. Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred or BSN. BLS certification required. Must have previous physician office leadership experience.
