Promote patient population wellness by providing patient education materials pursuant to physician orders and communicating physician advice and instructions to patients. Document all interventions, patient/family responses, medication dispensed or prescribed, and appropriate medical data in patient medical record according to established protocols. Successfully uses IDX, EMR and other computer applications to accomplish tasks according to policies and procedures.
