We have a dedicated 10 bed geriatric space that focuses on dementia and patients with cognitive impairment. We have 28 other beds for adults experiencing depression and other mental illnesses. Patients on our unit typically stay for an average of 5-7 days, during which they benefit from the expertise and support of our dedicated team. Our staffing model is designed to provide optimal care around the clock, with RNs, LPNs, ACTs, therapists, and social workers. We are available during day, evening, and night shifts. We offer twelve-hour shifts, with a twelve-hour shift every third weekend and a weekend option for those who prefer it. We typically maintain an a verage patient-to-staff ratio of 1:5 . While we prefer nurses with psychiatric/behavioral health experience, we warmly welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
