Summary Works with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop a plan of care for each assigned patient from admission through discharge. It is likely to be a 3-day per week schedule with NO on-call. The RN must be flexible to support our local SNF Dialysis dens if needed and possibly get some hours in outpatient dialysis while census growth occurs.
