Responsibilities Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures. Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services. Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly. Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed. Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
