Under the direction of Pediatric Manager, the in-home Pediatric Respite Nurse (PRN) is responsible for providing direct patient care including initial and ongoing assessment of patient needs, symptom management and care, with appropriate and ordered interventions completed. Documentation will include post-mortem care and destruction of medications at the time of death, if applicable. Adheres to all infection control and patient confidentiality policies and complaint process to the Florida Department of Health. Education/Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would provide required skills and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
