Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must hold a current RN license by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing management 5 years clinical experience in a related field of nursing. Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
