Coordinate care between the radiology department and other healthcare units. Assist in scheduling Interventional Procedures and CTA Coronary exams. Job Description Atlantic Health System is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals as an Inpatient Care Manager on the Care Management Team at Morristown Medical Center. This is a per diem position in which the candidate will provide services during the day, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
