ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plans, provides, and monitors individualized psychiatric and medical nursing care following established policies, procedures, and regulations. Performs therapeutic nursing interventions as established by individualized plan of care for the preschool, school age or adolescent patient and his/her family.
