Your Role on the Team Position Summary The Charge Nurse plays a critical leadership role in ensuring high-quality, individualized patient care within the Neo-Natal ICU department. This leadership role is responsible for organizing, planning, and directing nursing activities while overseeing clinical competency among staff.
