On August 10, the unit will initially open with 20 beds, with plans to expand to the full 36 beds later in the year. Patients may be admitted pre‑ or post‑operatively, with an average length of stay of approximately five days. RN staffing ratio: 1:4 PCT staffing ratio: 1:12 Positions require 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
