We are seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse, licensed as an RN in California who will partner with our clinical leaders of our facilities in California. The ideal candidate must possess at least five years of experience as a Director of Nursing for Skilled Nursing Care facilities, have a strong understanding of CMS and CDPH regulatory requirements, possess the capacity to lead staff and be willing to travel amongst the assigned facilities on a frequent basis. Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR certification and successful completion of the hospital’s designated physical and behavioral management training program, including de-escalation and appropriate use of seclusion and restraint, required prior to assisting in the procedures. Incumbent may be required to work overtime or flexible hours.
