Provides guidance and education on clinical decision-making and critical problem-solving; supervises and evaluates clinical nursing practice; makes recommendations for improvement; and supports, monitors, and implements planned changes. Provides input into the Patient Care Services administrative budget. Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required. Licensure Requirement: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio, required. Skills: Demonstrates critical thinking, decision-making, effective leadership, and teaching abilities.
