About this Job: This is a home care community health role that meets dually diagnosed Medicare B patients in their homes and at provider offices based on their availability in Baltimore City/County and within a 50 mile radius. There are no evenings, weekends or holidays required for this role. The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. You will see on average 2-3 patients per day in the field but can also coordinate your schedule to fit a hybrid model. About this Job: General Summary of Position The Director of Nursing Professional Development is accountable for ensuring the professional development of associates within the Department of Nursing/Patient Care Services.
