As a Float Pool Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care across multiple patient care units, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. You will work as a versatile member of our nursing team who adapts to different clinical settings, including but not limited to medical-surgical, telemetry, intermediate care, and boarding patients in our emergency department. This position requires flexibility, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
