A Brief Overview Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct care to assigned patients with simple to complex health care needs What You Will Do Delivers patient care in accordance with the ANA Scope and Standards of Care and Practice, Patient Bill of Rights and the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses. Routinely utilizes Evidence Based Practice literature, policy and procedure manuals and other available reference materials to ensure consistency and accuracy in the delivery of care. Participates actively in the Performance Improvement process to evaluate the quality of nursing care delivered to patients Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree BSN degree Preferred Experience Qualifications 1-3 years Minimum one-year current clinical experience Preferred of lead, management or supervisory experience Preferred 1-3 years Experience as an rn in an acute care setting preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Expert clinical skills (High proficiency) Analytical and problem solving along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal communication, coaching, leadership, management, strong clinical foundation, etc Promote the service lines of HNMC and new services as directed. Promote the Holy Name Physicians Network. Build long -term, ongoing relationships with community stakeholders and organizations by providing services through workshops, lectures, health fairs, lunch & learns, keynote addresses etc. Able to trouble shoot computer issues Understanding of regulatory requirements such as ICH-GCP, for clinical research preferred.
