Job Summary The Unit-Based Educator, under the supervision of the Director, Manager, or designee, is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education and professional development initiatives within a designated unit or department. Develops, implements, and evaluates unit-based orientation programs for new staff, ensuring their seamless integration into the team and adherence to clinical best practices.
