Your Role on the Team Position Summary The staff nurse leader is responsible for coordinating all clinical functions, nursing practice and the standards of care related to the delivery of patient care within the assigned specialty service in the Main Operating Room. Will use the nursing process to design, coordinate, and deliver care to meet the identified needs of patients having operative procedures.
