In this role, you will perform assessments of employee-patient based on his/her physical, psychological and cognitive status while safeguarding the confidentiality of all employee-patients. In addition, identify employee’s needs for wellness promotion, developing and participating in employee education plans. You will evaluate employee-patient’s lab data, alerting appropriate personnel for abnormal results that threaten the individual and/or hospital staff and patients. Participate in medical surveillance protocols, including blood drawing, giving vaccines, obtaining urine specimens for drug testing, placing and reading tuberculin skin tests, and counseling.
