Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements: Current Texas nursing license or compact license. Two years full time ER RN experience required. RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required. BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer, and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting.
