Medical City Alliance Seasonal PRN Registered Nurse Emergency Room Night Shift 7pm-7am 62/hour Program runs from September 20, 2026 to April 3, 2027 PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS · All seasonal RNs are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period. · Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need. · Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period. · During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee). · Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. Enliven is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in Grapevine and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. Responsibilities: RN (Registered Nurse) Complete daily electronic forms for each assigned patient within a secure Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System. Provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients. Administer ongoing care/infusions for each patient, and provide necessary follow-up as directed by the Physician and Clinical Manager. Confer with physicians and pharmacies to develop the initial treatment plan based on the physician's orders and the initial patient assessment. Provide hands-on care, management, and evaluation of the care plan and teaching of the patient under a physician based on ongoing assessments and as required by policy/regulation. Report patient care, conditions, and progress to the patient's physician, pharmacy, and Clinical Manager continuously. Implement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems. Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation. Prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Prepare visit/shift reports, update/summarize patient records, and confer with other healthcare disciplines to provide optimal patient care. Administratively supervise provision of quality care to agency clients for the territory. Ensure implementation of agency policy and procedures for the territory are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal requirements. Manage the selection, training and development of staff – fostering effective leadership development. Coaching sessions will be held monthly with direct reports, if not more frequent, to grow leaders within the organization. Responsible for overall attrition of territory, must identify at risk staff with action plan to prevent attrition of staff where needed. Navigate a matrixed business environment.
