Care Coordination & Handoffs: Conduct detailed bedside change-of-shift reports to ensure continuity of care, and participate in purposeful patient rounding. Infection Control & Unit Readiness: Maintain compliance with OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, CDC infection control guidelines, and proper PPE protocols.
