A caregiver who excels in this role will: Coordinate and provide direct clinical care to employees. Work closely with providers in relation to return to work and workers compensation. Focus on cost-effective ways to maximize wellness and prevent illness, disease and disability. Perform clinical and/or coordinate activities, such as vision screens, venipuncture, TB testing, vaccinations, COC urine collection, breath alcohol testing, audiometry, spirometry, respiratory fit testing, health assessments and blood borne pathogen counseling. Coordinate and track compliance programs to meet standards of regulatory agencies for the health and safety of employees. Support clinical manager in the oversight of clinical operations, scheduling, staffing and delegation of duties.
