Clinical Leadership & Care Coordination You will: Coordinate all clinical care within the oncology clinic to maximize: Patient safety Quality outcomes Patient satisfaction Staff engagement and satisfaction Utilize the nursing process: Assessment Diagnosis Planning Implementation Evaluation Lead and support: EPIC In Basket communication Order entry coordination Patient education Individualized care planning Appointment coordination and follow-up Coordinate transitions across services including: Medical Oncology Radiation Oncology Surgical Oncology Chemotherapy and Infusion Services Palliative Care Survivorship Programs Foster a culture built on: Teamwork Respect Accountability Compassionate Excellence Professional Growth Patient-Centered Care Additional Job Description Qualifications Experience Previous oncology nursing experience preferred Infusion nursing experience strongly preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
