BLS certification within 3 months of hire. NRP certification within 6 months of hire. Fetal monitoring certification and ACLS preferred. Previous labor and delivery experience strongly preferred. Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively, stay organized, and respond quickly in fast-paced situations.
