Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements: Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred. Credentials: Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew) required. Experience: Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
