Department Critical Care Job Summary The Clinical Manager has 24/7 operational responsibility for a minimum of one large highly complex/strategic level department, or a minimum of three (3) nursing departments, or a minimum of two (2) nursing department plus responsibility for ongoing hospital-wide program(s) that support global strategic goals. Includes accountability for the quality of patient care, the performance of the nursing staff, assisting in the development and management of the budget, and the orientation, education and development of the staff. Typically supervises more than 100 FTEs. Required Qualifications - Require a minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience with three (3) of the years in a supervisory/managerial role.
