The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a licensed registered nurse that has graduate preparation (master’s or doctorate) in nursing a Clinical Nurse Specialist. The CNS assesses the impact of the social and economic forces on care delivery. Collaborates, participates, makes decisions, and has input into and supports the goals of the nursing service and specialty area.
