Monitor the clinical operations of the unit and resident’s conditions and ensure that appropriate and quality care is administered. Obtain medications, supplies and medical records needed to provide safe, efficient, and therapeutic are to residents on a continuing basis. Assist in the orientation of new personnel, monitoring their skills and guides and observe care team members that may need assistance with procedures. Qualifications: Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Licensed as an RN in the state employed; license must be active, valid, and in good standing. Valid CPR teaching certificate preferred, but not required. Must hold an active CPR license or the ability to obtain within the first 30-days of employment. CPR license must be kept active and current throughout employment. Three years of nursing experience, of which one year in a long-term care environment. Job Summary The Charge Nurse manages a designated group of nursing employees on a nursing unit and assures smooth operations of the unit for a designated staff. Position Summary: The Field Clinical Supervisor combines direct field clinical practice with office-based case management and quality functions to support HealthFlex Home Health Services' patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and staff development. This role blends hands-on Start of Care (SOC) nursing evaluations, field supervisory oversight, and new staff training with office responsibilities including utilization review, documentation compliance, scheduling coordination, and rehospitalization prevention analysis. The Field Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical resource bridging field operations and administrative/quality functions. Meet with clinicians to discuss scheduling concerns, clarify expectations, and communicate required next steps. In collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor, determine when clinician scheduling access in Kinnser should be suspended based on ongoing scheduling compliance issues. Document scheduling concerns, follow-up discussions, and actions taken to ensure accountability and adherence to scheduling procedures.
