We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our statewide Urology Triage Pod , providing exceptional telephone triage and clinical support to patients calling with symptoms and concerns related to our Urology practices across the state. In this role, the Call Center Triage RN supports both new and established patients across the state. The RN utilizes clinical judgment, evidence-based triage protocols, and specialty knowledge to assess patient concerns, identify appropriate levels of care, provide patient education, and facilitate timely connection to the appropriate care team or service. Summary Under direct supervision of the provider, will be responsible for patient assessment and care, and maintaining appropriate documentation. This position must have basic knowledge of specialty and/or primary care and able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients.
