Our 54 bed Observation Unit has a fast-paced environment offering a vast patient population and mix of patient diagnoses. Observation is an outpatient designation designed for continued testing and treatment to determine admission and discharge needs. We service patient populations including but not limited to: PCU services: (Cardiac Drips, CHF, Stokes, post cath care, remote telemetry and more). Medical Surgical services including all medical diagnoses and pre/post-surgical care. We currently have Part Time, Night (7pm-7:30am) shift available. 2 / 12 hours shifts per week. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Emergency Services Nurse, you will help patients who require urgent medical attention so they can receive appropriate and timely care. Every day, your main task will be to assess patients, prioritize care, and provide treatment for a variety of medical emergencies. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care possible.
