As a Registered Nurse with our Centralized Staffing PRN Pool, you’ll provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Centers located in Selbyville and Millsboro, DE. The hours for as-needed coverage are Monday-Friday (9-hour days with 1-hour lunch break), hours range from 7am-6pm. Must have Phlebotomy, Point of Care Testing and Vaccine Administration experience. Communicates with other health related persons to coordinate care plan. Participates in on-call duties as defined by the on-call policy. Ensures that arrangements for equipment and other necessary supplies and services are available. Instructs, supervises and evaluates home health aide/personal care aide care provided every 14 days or as stipulated by law and regulation. Instructs, supervises and evaluated LPN/LVN care provided at least every 30-days. Exercises professional management. And coordinates care between and among involved parties in home, community providers and pediatric tertiary specialists.
