Manages and leads team members, operations and patient care activities within a patient care unit during assigned shift Collaborates with team members and nursing management in the development of methods, techniques and analytical approach to patient care. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations that improve patient care delivery and team effectiveness using evidence-based strategies and solutions. Performs related duties as required.
