Overview Interventional Radiology (IR) is a dynamic procedural department that performs a wide range of image-guided interventions using fluoroscopy, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to precisely target therapy. Many IR procedures offer minimally invasive alternatives to traditional surgery. The Interventional Radiology team collaborates closely with multiple specialties across the organization, including nephrology, urology, gastroenterology, cardiology, oncology, vascular surgery, and gynecology. Registered Nurses work side by side with a multidisciplinary team to support all aspects of patient care throughout the procedural continuum. The department manages a high volume of procedures, including—but not limited to—central venous access, image-guided drain placements, dialysis access maintenance, inferior vena cava (IVC) filter placement, nephrostomy tube placement, and gastrostomy tube placement. This position is a Monday–Friday schedule with 10-hour shifts and shared on-call responsibilities. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of inpatient medical-surgical or other acute care experience. Training for ACLS and Moderate Sedation will be provided. Overview The DH WRI Medical Assistant Apprenticeship training program is a paid and benefitted full-time intensive 12 weeks of studies in partnership with Colby-Sawyer College. In addition to classroom and virtual instruction, trainees can expect a significant amount of homework and studying outside of the classroom. Overview Remote Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Triage System Staffing Office Float, Full-time Position Summary The RN – Nurse Triage provides high-quality, patient-centered care through telephone triage and clinical assessment. This role is 100% hands-on , responsible for assessing patient symptoms, determining the appropriate level of care, providing education, and ensuring timely communication with providers. The ideal candidate has strong triage, Med-Surg, and Primary Care experience, is proficient with Epic EMR , and thrives in an independent remote environment. Key Responsibilities Perform telephone triage using established protocols and sound nursing judgment. Assess symptoms, prioritize patient needs, and determine appropriate care or follow-up. Provide patient education, guidance, and reassurance as appropriate. Accurately document all patient encounters in Epic EMR in real time. Escalate urgent or emergent situations per clinic and organizational policies. Communicate effectively with on-call providers, clinic teams, and patients to ensure continuity of care. Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction within the triage team. Qualifications Required: Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact required). Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience with a strong background in triage, Med-Surg, and/or Primary Care . Proficiency in Epic EMR and remote communication systems. Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, documentation, and time management abilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Preferred: Associates degree required; BSN preferred Previous experience in remote triage, nurse advice lines, or outpatient/clinic settings. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide evidence-based care and to continuously monitor and evaluate practice to ensure safe passage of patients that is in the best interest of populations served. Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Neurology

Overview Neurology Clinic 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care duties. Possesses direct access to drug products and secure medication locations in order to manage the storage, handling and disposal of medications consistent with the Medication Storage and Handling Policy. Responsibilities Assists with routine patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including, but not be limited to, performing ADL’s, obtaining clinical data, including vital signs, heights and weights, utilizing universal precautions, collecting specimens or performing point of care testing and recording results in medical record, etc. Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by keeping the hallways clear of excess equipment, emptying linen bags when full, etc. Assists visitors and answer telephones. Assists new co-workers in learning the work of the department. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications High school graduate required. Must demonstrate keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use. Previous hospital experience preferred. Required Licensure/Certifications Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of NH required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required.
