About the Role: As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and compassion. You will collaborate with our medical director, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide leadership and guidance to your team, and ensure that our high standards of care are consistently met.
